Description:
1. Before you log in, you should make sure the Minecraft app for your device is up-to-date! You can download the latest version here (should be version 1.14.50). (URL: https://education.minecraft.net/get-started/download)

2. If you forget your username or password, check this spreadsheet or ask your camp lead. They should have access to a spreadsheet that has the email and password you need. The first sheet in the spreadsheet has all of the account names. If you look at the very bottom of the screen, you will see tabs for the different parks. If you are having trouble finding your name, click on the sheet that corresponds to your location, or ask a mentor for help.
The first time you log-in, you will be asked to change your password. We recommend keeping the same password as the one you were given, but add an "!" to the end of it. This will make it easier for camp leads to help you in case you lose your password.
Joining a world:
1. Once you’re logged in, click “Play.” The panel of buttons shown below should appear. Click on “Join World.”

2. You’ll need a code to join a world. If it’s not posted in the Zoom chat, ask the moderator of the breakout room you’re in. When entering the code, you can hover over the icon buttons to see what they are.
Note: if you get an error message after attempting to join a world that says “Realms error: Client Outdated” it means that you’re using an older version of the game. To fix this, visit this link and download the most recent version of Minecraft.
Sometimes connecting using the picture join code does not work as expected. In that case, you will want to use the server address instead.
3. Once you’re in, find your friends and have fun!
